What do I get with AlphaChat?

AlphaChat allows you to build your own AI - a Natural Language Understanding Virtual Customer Assistant that you can build on your own without knowing how to code.

You get 1 Virtual Customer Assistant and 1 live chat agent license. You can put the chat widget on your website by copying the widget code. People can chat with the bot on your website. We also have built-in private URL that you can share to people to try out your bot. In addition you can make the chatbot multilingual automatically with Polyglot mode (coming in Q2 2021).

The Standard packages comes with 3,000 chats/month included. Chats above that cost €0.03/chat. You can purchase additional agent licenses for €49/agent/month.

How much does it cost?

The Standard package costs €399/month. It is enough to get started and build yourself a good quality Intelligent Virtual Assistant. If you are a large company or have more specific needs, get in touch and we can offer you what you need from our Enterprise menu. We offer the Enterprise Package for a custom price depending on your needs.

What AI does the product have?

AlphaChat is using deep learning algorithms to power its Natural Language Understanding. The virtual assistants that you build understand free text i.e. you can chat with them and ask them questions. You can train the AI yourself and teach it what you think it should now. The algorithms work in any European language, Russian and Arabic. Read here more about Conversational AI.

Can I use the product for free?

You can use the product with all its features for free for 10 days. During the first 10 days you have access to all the features and can build your own Intelligent Virtual Assistant.

Signing up does not require a credit card. So if you just want to build something quickly and try out for free, you can do that. If you do not wish to pay for the product after the 10 day free trial, no problem. You don’t have to do anything. After 10 days your account will close and unless you enter your credit card and pay the €399 monthly fee, we will delete the account in 30 days.

If I subscribe, can I later cancel?

Yes. If you cancel before your next payment date, you will not get a new invoice.

If since your last paid invoice you go over the 3,000 chats / month included in the Standard plan or have added new agents then you will be billed that extra cost.

After you cancel your subscription we will keep it available for 180 days during which you can subscribe again and get access to your content. If you do not subscribe during those 180 days, your account will be automatically deleted. Contact us for any questions or read more in our General Terms.

Can I connect the chatbot to my call center software / 3rd party live chat?

In the Standard Package you can connect the chatbot to AlphaChat live chat. This integration is automatically done and built-in. You get 1 live chat licenses. When you are online in the live chat in AlphaChat the bot will forward you customer chats.

In the Enterprise plan is it possible to connect your chatbot to Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Intercom or any other 3rd party call center or live chat software (Genesys, Salesforce, Zendesk, Live Chat etc). Contact us to learn more.

Where do you store my data? Is it GDPR compliant?

The data in AlphaChat is stored in MongoDB Atlas servers which are in Amazon Web Service servers in Frankfurt, Germany. By default we deleted data in AlphaChat that is older than 6 months. This is to minimize the data that we have about your account and your customer interactions. You can download your data anytime on your own before it is deleted. Please see section 5 about Personal Data Protection in our General Terms.

Yes, we are GDPR compliant. AlphaChat has been built with privacy in mind. You can see the full list of data retention by type in chapter 6 of our Privacy Notice. When you are using AlphaChat chat widget on your website you can use our pre-made Privacy Notice for informing your own customers. Please find it in the Annex of the General Terms. What support do you offer?

For Standard package owners you can ask questions from our Virtual Assistant on the website. Or send us an email or or use the website contact form here. In addition, we have an extensive Product Knowledgebase that customers can use to find answers to their questions. For Enterprise solutions we offer a dedicated Account Manager and SLA as part of our premium support.
